Refund Policy
Understanding our refund terms and conditions for all products and services.
Important Notice
At CONTeCT and/or our Consortium's products and services, all sales are final. We operate under a no refund policy. By completing a subscription and purchase on our website and platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
No Refunds
Once a payment has been processed successfully, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction
- Unused services/products
Any request for a refund shall not constitute valid grounds where the applicant elects to self-study or pursues studies with another platform or institute for higher education, provided that the course is duly delivered and made available by CONTeCT and its Consortium.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if a payment was processed in error, duplicated, or unauthorized. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction by contacting info@contect.edu.my.
Please note the following:
- Early bird discounts and/or promotional purchases will not be applicable for any subsequent withdrawals for refund payments.
- A cancellation fee may apply. CONTeCT reserves the right to make an administrative charge against any refund to cover associated costs.
- Material fees or other fees related to courses, separate from tuition fees, are not refundable.
Refund Process
If a refund is applicable:
- Refund shall be made to the applicant or applicant's parent/legal guardian only.
- Refund requests in cash and to third parties are not allowed.
- All refund requests will be processed within 3–4 weeks of receipt of the written request (email is accepted).
- Verbal requests will not be considered.
Amendments & Applicant Responsibility
CONTeCT shall have the sole discretion to review, update, revise, or amend this Refund Policy from time to time as it deems necessary, without prior notice. Any changes shall be published on the official CONTeCT website.
It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to review all order details, product descriptions, and payment information carefully prior to confirming any purchase, and to check the CONTeCT website regularly for updates.
Follow Up
If you believe your case qualifies as an exception or do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, follow up with the officer to check on the status of your request at info@contect.edu.my.
